Motivate Your Monday
Monday’s are universally known as the first day of staring ‘X’. From exercise programs, to diets to a smoking cessation program, Monday is it. Sadly, for some the motivation you had on Monday doesn’t always last the week.
So here’s a life hack for you. Let’s make every day Monday. Kind of like the movie Groundhog Day. If you wake up every day and have the mindset that it’s Monday and you’re starting anew, think of how that could impact your choices. Every day you can be uber motivated and super excited for change.
How amazing would it be to forget about the slipups from yesterday and make your Monday the best day you can. Every day. #wow
