There are 3 months left in 2022, so I’ll be running health challenges in October, November, and December. I’m keeping it as simple and manageable as possible, so you’ll focus on only ONE pillar of health each month. The goal is to master one pillar and then continue that into the next month.
We start October 1st! Here’s a sneak peek of the challenges!
October – Amp Up the Fruits and Veggies
- The Challenge: Eat 2-3 servings of fruits and veggies per meal.
November – Move Your Body
- The Challenge: Move 20 -30 minutes every day.
December – Manage Stress
- The Challenge: Meditation/Breathwork for 2-5 minutes every day.
At the beginning of each challenge, I’ll provide specific instructions, trackers (you know how I love a tracker), and suggestions. I’ll also be posting regularly on social media, so I encourage you to follow me on Facebook and Instagram and connect with other Challengers!
