I recognize that December is a big month for many of us. Lots of to-do’s, lots of places to go, people to see and I think it’s the PERFECT time to do something that supports your wellness. Because listen, we’re heading into a season that creates tension, stress, and expectations that are sky high and you need to find something to do that offsets all of *that*. (I wish I could do a big arm circle-thing that shows what I mean by *that* so I guess asterisks will have to do.)
Our December challenge tackles all areas of health and wellness. There’s a task every day that takes anywhere from 2-30 minutes. You might be asked to meditate, eat the rainbow, get some sleep, move more, or lay down some positive affirmations.
You can do the tasks in any order you wish but I ask that you aim to complete a different task every day.
