Normally I throw down fitness challenges but this time around I’m going a different route. If 2020 and 2021 have shown us anything, it’s that our mental and emotional health is as important as how long we can hold a plank or how many Burpees we can do in a minute.
So this year it’s a 31-day challenge that tackles all areas of health and wellness. There’s a task every day. One day is to meditate, another day is to eat the rainbow, and there’s sleep, movement, and positive affirmations. Yes. All crunchy. All granola. You’ll LOVE it!
You can do the tasks in any order you wish but I ask that you aim to complete a different task every day.
I recognize that December is a big month for many of us. Lots of to-do’s, lots of places to go, people to see and I think it’s the PERFECT time to do something that supports your wellness. Because listen, we’re heading into a season that creates tension, stress, and expectations that are sky high and you need to find something to do that offsets all of *that*. (I wish I could do a big arm circle-thing that shows what I mean by *that* so I guess asterisks will have to do.)
We’ll launch the Challenge on December 1st. You’ll have a calendar that you can print out and cross off the tasks as you go along. So stay tuned.
