I just launched my first ever 21-Day Kickstart Challenge. I have 13 people enrolled and the challenge is based around accountability, exercise (of course) and healthy eating.
One of the things I have asked of the group is to set goals. For the challenge and daily goals. But they have to be SMART goals.
S – Specific
M – Measurable
A – Attainable
R – Relevant/Realistic
T – Time bound
All of the goals also need action behind them because a goal without an action plan is just a wish, right? So I’ve had them set up some action to reach their 21-day and daily goals.
So if you are keen to set some goals yourself, make them SMART. Write them down. Look at them. Read them daily. Work on them.
Listen, dreams are nice. Wishing is nice. But achieving a goal that you set for yourself is freaking amazing!
