I’m starting with the assumption that you pack at least one set of workout clothes with you on your trips, vacations or getaways. (Humor me.)
Here’s a very short, full body, no-equipment workout that you can do anywhere. Any. Where. And when you’re done you can lay your workout clothes on your patio chairs to air out and they’ll be ready for the next day.
