The January 1st Challenge

Ok, here’s the deal. I want you to launch yourself into 2021 with a purpose and an intention that you’re moving your fitness goals to the top of your to-do list.

The Challenge: Run, walk, or hike 2.1 miles on January 1st.

Yeah, I know. It’s not a long distance and you could probably do twice that without a problem. But I want you to take this 2.1 miles as an opportunity to make the first day of this new year one where simply move your body and break a sweat.

When you complete the challenge tag #Jan1Done on social media or tag me or text me or drop me an email.

This is the first of many challenges to come this year. So don’t worry that it’s too easy to bother with. Consistency and commitment are the tenents for reaching your goals. FYI.

    Happy New Years Keli to you and your family. I accept your challenge. In fact I started slowly 5 days ago. I have been doing nothing for a few months, I need to get some weight off and get back to exercising.I now wear my I watch 24/7 I find that makes me much more accountable. Im walking 10,000 to 12,000 steps. I did this morning what you asked and Im ready to take on what ever else you have going on in the mind of yours!!
