Stronger Summer Challenge

The  Stronger Summer Challenge is back!   Fire up your metabolism, build some strength, cue your core and find some Namaste.

Here’s how it works.  I’ll post 5 day’s worth of workouts at a time which is perfect if you’re traveling or just need to have a plan for the week.  You know how I love a plan!

Workout Notes…
AMRAP – do as many rounds as possible in the time indicated
Four Rounds of Fun  – do all of the exercises one time through, then repeat from the top 3 more times

Now go run!
