Fitness Friday: Habits

You all know that I’m a total process/habit/goal-setting nerd.  I just listened to a book on Audible and  I encourage you to check it  Atomic Habits, by James Clear.

He provides a path for you to adopt good habits, change bad habits and fulfill your potential.   But before you think it’s one of those things that will completely take over every waking day (raise your hand if you have bought into new systems and processes that required more hours than are in the day), it’s not.

His premise is that with consistency, very small changes can yield great results.  He also provides worksheets, templates and forms you can use for the various things he’s discussing.
