I enjoy participating in races. And it’s not the actual “racing” part of it, it’s the build up, the training, the lining up to start, the energy. It’s the whole shebang.
So we are in prime racing season people! 5K’s, 10K’s half marathons, bubble runs, mud runs, charity events and trail runs. No matter where you are in your running journey, there’s something for you.
Many people shy away from races for a variety of reasons. If that’s you, I’d like to strongly encourage you to try it out. I promise that it will take your running to a whole new level. Medals rock. Trust me!
