As a sneaky way to stay motivated and energized through a 18 week marathon training program, I’m extending an invitation for my fellow runner (and walkers) to join in on some trail runs on the weekends. For the most part the runs will take place on Sundays but depending on scheduling, there may be a Sunday to Saturday swap.
A weekly run will be added to the Trail Run Series page of my website on Wednesday or Thursday of each week. I encourage you to check my website each week. Questions? Feel free to drop me a note.
