Happy Monday! You may have noticed that we’re ratcheting up the intensity a smidge.
Spiderman Climbers to Plank Hold
- Start in a high or low plank
- Lift your right foot off the ground, and bring your knee to the outside of your right elbow, squeezing your right obliques.
- Press leg back to start position.
- Switch legs.
- Alternate for 45 seconds.
- At the end of 45 seconds stop and hold a plank for 30-45 seconds.
- Repeat the Spiderman Climbers to Plank one more time.
Now go run!
