Plank-A-Day Challenge – Day 22

Happy Monday!  You may have noticed that we’re ratcheting up the intensity a smidge.

Spiderman Climbers to Plank Hold

  • Start in a high or low plank
  • Lift your right foot off the ground, and bring your knee to the outside of your right elbow, squeezing your right obliques.
  • Press leg back to start position.
  • Switch legs.
  • Alternate for 45 seconds.
  • At the end of 45 seconds stop and hold a plank for 30-45 seconds.
  • Repeat the Spiderman Climbers to Plank one more time.

Now go run!
