Plank-A-Day Challenge – Day 11

Today we’re going to channel our inner Superhero.

Are your Spidey-Senses tingling yet?

Spiderman Climbers

  • Start in a high plank (hands under shoulders, legs extended, feet hip-width apart, back straight, abs engaged).
  • Lift your right foot off the ground, and bring your knee to the outside of your right elbow, squeezing your right obliques.

  • Press leg back to start position.
  • Switch legs.
  • Alternate legs for 45 seconds.
  • Rest 20 seconds.
  • Repeat the exercise for 30 seconds.

Now go run!
