Did you miss out on starting the December Health and Wellness Challenge earlier this month? Luckily, it’s never too late to join any of our challenges!
Here’s how it works. There are 26 daily tasks to complete. Print out the calendar, pick a task for the day, and do it! It’s that simple! You can do any task you want, in any order!
By participating in our challenge you are making a positive step towards better health and wellness each and every day. In a season full of overload, excess, and lots of to-do’s on your list, it’s nice to take some time, take a pause, and do something for yourself.
