
It’s easy to talk yourself out of doing the hard things.
- I’m too tired.
- I’m too busy.
- I’ll never get in shape.
- It’s genetics.
- My husband/family/friends aren’t supportive.
- I don’t know how.
- I don’t have equipment.
Blah, blah blah.
These are all excuses. These are the little things you tell yourself or (worse) that someone may have told you.
Now to be clear. I’m not saying that it will be easy. But if you want to get stronger, get in better shape, lose body fat and increase lean muscle, feel better, or eat better you are going to have to set some goals, get a plan and get moving.
It’s totally doable. Maybe not easy, but defnitely NOT impossible.
