Monday Motivation – The Reboot

As much as we’d like to be totally on track with our fitness and/or nutrition twenty-four seven we have to acknowledge that it’s not always going to happen.

So if you are waking up this Monday morning and need a reboot it’s totally ok.

Here are 3 steps to get back on track.

  1.  Drink your H2O.  Lots of it.
  2. Exercise.  Even it’s it’s a 10 minute yoga flow or a walk.
  3. Eat nutritious, healthy food.

Please remember that the intention isn’t to punish yourself for dietary transgressions or because you didn’t go for your long run.  It’s simply a small step in the right direction that will help clear your mind and set the stage for future successes.

Now go run!
