On the nutrition front there are a few things trending; the Ketogenic (Keto) diet, plant-based nutrition and Intermittent Fasting (IF).
Because I follow a mostly plant-based diet, I get a lot of questions about it that style of eating. Keto, not so much but I have been getting more and more questions about Intermittent Fasting.
