Here’s the deal for today.  You have 3 options.

  1.  Take today to catch up on one or two workouts you missed.
  2. Repeat your favorite workout from one we’ve already done so far in the challenge.
  3. Take a break.

Tomorrow we start the push for the last 10 days.
