10 Days In

Happy Saturday!

Today is the 10th day of our October Challenge!  That’s right, you are 1/3 of the way there!

What strategies have been working?  What struggles have you had and how did you overcome them?  Take a few minutes to review the past 10 days and celebrate your success!  You’ve got this.

Workout #10 – 10/10/15

  • Jumping Jacks – 30
  • Burpees – 30 (this is NOT a typo)
  • High Knees –  30 (a left and a right is a 1 count)


  1. Please print up the October Challenge Workout Description for a complete description of how to do the exercises.
  2. Do the circuit 1 to 3 times through.
  3. Feel free to drop the number of repetitions or time in a plank to suit your fitness level.
