If you know me you know that I love trashy reality tv. So as a nod to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, I wanted to share 3 Things I’m Obsessed with Today.
1. Partner Exercises
When you perform an exercise you focus on your own balance, form and strength. Add a partner to the mix and all of a sudden one has to shift your balance to accommodate their balance, use more or less force depending on the other person’s strength and coordinate your movements with your friend. In other words, partner exercises rule.
2. Timed Circuits
Full disclosure; I can’t count. Well, I can count, but sometimes when I talk I lose track of what number I’m on. Incorporating timed circuits into a workout allows me to talk, correct form if needed and provide a pep talk along the way. Brilliant!
3. Hill Repeats
No surprise here but I love hill repeats. Hill repeats are very effective to make you stronger and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. And it helps tone and tighten your tush. Bonus!
