And we find ourselves at Hump-Day, yet again.
This past week has been a good, tough one. We’ve increased the time, intensity and the number of sets of our exercises so today is a day of rest.
Don’t panic!! This is a good thing 🙂
If you have been spotty on our Challenge, you can use today to catch up on a day you’ve missed but if you are a Challenge devotee – nada.
