This is my morning go-to after I run, teach classes or work out.

In a blender add:
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or your milk of choice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 C fresh spinach
- 1 scoop unflavored Amazing Protein GLOW* (plant-based protein powder that supports collagen production)
- A few tablespoons of water if needed
Blend and drink
It’s a quick, nutrient-dense recovery drink that will hold me over until I have time to sit and have a proper breakfast. This is why the ingredient list is so short.
I’ve tried the ‘smoothie as a meal’ approach in the past but no matter how much nut butter, yogurt, chia seeds, fruits, or greens I add, I’m hungry within an hour. So this fits the bill.
And it’s pretty tasty.
