Today is Takeaway Tuesday. As in, you take away a nugget of unsolicited advice that will help you on your health and fitness journey.
Don’t wait until Monday (or until the kids go back to school) to eat better or move more. Take the VERY NEXT opportunity to do the right thing.
Wait! I know you’re asking. Here’e the how:
- Need a snack? Grab an apple. (If you don’t want to eat it, you aren’t really hungry).
- Take a walk around the block when you have an extra 5 minutes. (And please don’t tell me you don’t have 5 minutes, I see your posts on Facebook and your IG stories).
- Sit quietly and breath for a minute instead of diving into the Oreo thins.
