I see a lot of chatter about people making February their January. And I totally get it.
We come out of the holidays hot and then BAM! it’s January 1st and you have to pivot. Like quick.
And if you can’t jump in on Jan 1 it can mess with your forward momentum. “Dang, that yoga challenge started Jan 1 but it’s Jan 4 and I’m finally getting on the mat but I’m days behind so what’s the point?”
Is that how your 2019 started?
Then no worries, you can start over today. Wait! Today? Ok then, start on February 4th. That gives you the weekend to get yourself situated to plan, shop and blow the dust off of your brand new 2019 calendar.
So if February is your January, go get it!
Now go run!
PS – You can start over your journey at ANY point, you don’t have to wait for a new month to kick in. In fact, you can start over EVERY day and still be successful. Just something to think about.
