There’s so much chatter out there in the health and fitness space with ‘experts’ touting quick fixes, promoting special diets or supplements and promising that this one thing, will cure your problems and fix you.
Well first off, I don’t think you need fixing and you definitely don’t need a one size fits all program. But what you may need is just a bit of a push. A kickstart. So on January 10th I’m rolling out my 21-Day Kickstart Challenge.
I will provide tips, tools, strategies and ways for you to move the needle forward in your health and fitness journey.
We’ll work on goal setting, accountability, and you’ll have opportunity to participate in our community for inspiration, motivation. You just need to commit to the journey.
While we’re going to talk about food, this is NOT a diet program with a full meal plan. But I will provide recipes, sample menus, shopping lists and tons of tips for getting you on track with healthier eating.
