Last month I threw down a challenge with 2 simple rules.
- Complete 3 – 45 minute workouts each week from December 3rd through December 29th.
- Send me proof of your workout by tweeting, texting, sending me sweaty post-workout pics.
I wasn’t sure how it would go but I’ll tell you, this challenge blew me away. I received daily emails, texts, tweets, and lots of pictures and videos. Post-swim selfies, videos with the fam working out, snowy post-hike pics, you name it, I got it.
I also received a lot of positive feedback. How helpful to have this challenge during the holidays, how supportive our group was, how amazing it felt to up their game with their workouts.
I’m really proud of everyone who participated in the Challenge. You guys were incredible.
Happy New Year and here’s to a continuing love affair with working out and being healthy.
