Love ’em or hate ’em they are a full body workout that delivers.
Explosive. Cardiovascular. A builder of strength. Burpees deliver it all in one fluid movement.
Here are the three things I love about them.
- They can be modified many different ways so that one can reap the benefits at their own fitness level.
- Though humbling when you first try them, you are able to see improvement quickly.
- They are the BEST vacation exercise. Minimal space, no equipment and they work you tip to tail.
So give Burpees a go by adding them to your workout routine once or twice a week. Start with a few, go slowly, and add on as you get stronger.
And you will get stronger.
