Finish Your Workout Right

Here are a few tips and tricks to help you rev up your workouts.   And it just requires adding something called a finisher.

A finisher is a high-intensity 5-7 minute circuit  at the end of your workout.  That’s right, after you’re done with all of the other stuff.  Why finishers?

You get a quick metabolic hit, improve your cardiovascular conditioning and you leave your workout feeling like you left it all on the floor.

Here’s a finisher to try at the end of your next workout.  Do each exercise for 30 seconds.  Continue for 6 minutes.  Drop the mic.  Walk away.

 

Now go run!
