I enjoy cooking but can get a little stuck in the creativity department.
That’s why I love The Skinnytaste Cookbook. I purchased it a school book fair about 3 years ago. It reminds me of Cooking Light. Consistently flavorful recipes. I like that.
The website (www.skinnytaste.com) is a gold mine for recipes. There’s a ton of stuff on there and all recipes are easily identified with GF, V, P, etc. So you know if it fits into your dietary guidelines. Also listed are the point value for you WW folks. But trust me, you will NOT feel like you’re eating cardboard or zero point nothingness. (You seasoned WW’ers know what I’m talkin’ about).
Skinnytaste was created by Gina Homolka, and her food philosophy is simple; eat seasonal, clean, whole foods and maintain good portion control. “When you cook your own meals, you know you can feel good about what is going into your body.” Right on Gina!
Here are a few of things I’ve made and really like.

So if you’re looking for some additions to your recipe repertoire you should check it out!
Now go run!
