This week is all about you. As in, just do you. I hear from a lot of people that working out takes up a lot of time. Life is busy, kids are needy, husbands want ties picked out and other things. But once you get into the habit of carving out “you time” to work out, life magically smoothes itself out.
Maybe not that smoothly, but with practice and consistency, the family climbs on board!
So this week, practice doing you.
Workout #18- 10/18/15
- Jumping Jacks – 40 repetitions
- Burpees – 20 repetitions
- High Knees – 40 repetitions (a left and a right is a 1 count)
