Ok, that’s your workout covered. Now let’s talk healthy eating.
Weekends lend themselves to slacking off on your healthy eating. Breakfasts with the family, champagne brunches, lunches and/or dinners with wine, beer or a few margaritas can do some serious damage to your healthy eating habits.
So here’s a tip to help you stay on track. Pick a meal each day that you’re going to splurge with. Maybe pancakes for breakfast or a hamburger and beer for dinner. Plan it out, eat it and most importantly ENJOY it. Then it’s status quo, back to normal for your next meal. This way you aren’t living in the land of deprivation and won’t dive into a bag of cookies at your next opportunity.
