Happy Hump Day – Day 3 of the Push Up Challenge

Happy Wednesday everyone!

As we roll into Day 3 let me remind you to stay strong, stay consistent and if you’re feeling like we are going too slow, be patient with the process!

Here’s your workout for today:

Warm up 3-5 minutes (walk in place, do jumping jacks, jog up and down the hall)

Perform 4 sets of push ups as follows (with a 15 second rest in between each set):

  • 3 push ups
  • 3 push ups
  • 6 push ups
  • 6 push ups

If you are not able to complete all of the reps in every set, do what you can.  It’s all good.

Remember, you can do a Modified or Military Pushup.
