Happy Feet
- Stand in an athletic position, feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent, butt back, ankles bent, shoulders slightly forward and head up.
- Rapidly alternate your feet as if you are running in place without lifting your feet higher than three inches off the ground.
For my friends from the 80’s – think about the scene in Flashdance where Jennifer Beals is practicing her dancing and does that really quick move with her feet while the song “Maniac” plays in the background.
Now go run!
