Explosive Lunges:
- Stand with your feet apart in a split squat position, left knee bent in a lunge (at a 90 degree angle) and rear leg relaxed and slightly bent behind you
- Push off the floor with both feet and jump up, switching your legs in midair landing with your left leg behind and right leg in front
- Repeat so that your feet are back in their original position
- That’s 1 rep
