3 Things

Here are 3 little things you can do to improve your diet!

1. Choose bread that has whole wheat listed as the first ingredient.

Why? Whole wheat still has the hull still attached (it hasn’t been processed away) which means it had retained the fiber and makes it slower to digest.

2. Ditch the soda and flavor your water with a tablespoon if orange, pomegranate or slices of fresh fruit instead.

Why? Sodas, even diet ones are a nutritional wasteland and water is awesome! So flavor some tap or bubbly H2O, add ice and guzzle away!

3. Eat a piece of fruit and one vegetable at every meal.

Why? Nutrient-dense fruits and veggies provide fiber, water, and a laundry list of health benefits. Bonus! They fill you up and you may not be tempted to nosh on chips and junk food.
