I know many of you will be unhappy but I’ve given you a rest day. Enjoy the break and if you must do something to stay “on track” for our challenge try this great stretch.
- Lay on your back and extend your arms and legs. Imagine someone is pulling on your arms and legs, trying to pull them away from your torso.
- Hold this stretch and breathe for a count of 15. Repeat 3 times.
