Why running makes life better…

Running is the simplest, cheapest and most effective mood management system I’ve ever experienced.  If I’m cranky I can hit the road with purpose and ferocity.  If I’m sad, I can run through tears and pretend it’s sweat running down my face.  If I’m tired, running energizes me.  If I’m annoyed, running makes me feel better.

Granted, going for a run can’t fix everything.  But I’ll tell you this, it sure doesn’t hurt!

Now go run!
