Only YOU can prevent heart disease

Based on information from the American Heart Assocation (AHA), more women die of cardiovascular disease than the next four causes of death COMBINED.  Gulp!

The AHA surmise that a whopping 80% of cardiac events could be prevented (yes, PREVENTED) if women made heart-healthy choices in regard to diet, exercise and did not smoke.

They (the AHA) recommend 150 minutes of exercise per week which can be broken up into 10 minute blocks if needed.

The bottom line is to get moving, eat better and put down the cancer sticks (or don’t even pick them up in the first place).  Your health is no joke.
