A better way

   As hard as you try you can't out-exercise a bad diet.   Want a better solution?  Eat well 85% of the time and allow for treats and splurges.   You'll be more likely to stick with your plan if you have a bit of wiggle (not jiggle) room!   Now go run! Keli 🙂
