
The October Challenge is underway!
Your goal is to eat 7-9 servings of fruits and veggies daily. (For those who already consume this number of servings, feel free to go up to 11.)
You don’t need to give up ANYTHING or replace your favorite foods with a piece of fruit or a bowl of zoodles. You eat what you want when you want as long as you eat 7-9+ servings of fruits and veggies daily.
Here’s your to-do list for today:
- Read the previous blog post fully explaining the challenge
- Plan out 3-4 days of meals, including how you’ll incorporate those luscious fruits and veggies
- Go shopping
Have fun, eat your fruits and veggies and let’s get to it!
