Quick Workout

I posted this workout today on my IG and FB pages but I thought, “Dang girl, that’s a good workout and it should be shared on my blog.” So here we are.

It’s a workout that has you doing 2 Fit Blocks. Each Fit Block has two exercises that you’ll do back to back for 4 rounds or as an EMOM. I’d recommend you do the EMOM instead of doing the rounds. An EMOM workout is time-based and at the top of every minute you have 1, 2 or more exercises to complete before the minute is up.

The way I have this structured is you should have a little bit of time left in every minute as a rest/transition. If you’re running out of time MOVE FASTER between transitions. (You thought I was going to say cut your reps, right? Wrong) Here’s a link for a free timer https://timer.crosshero.com/

After each 4 minute Fit Block, you’ll do a 45 second plank. It’s not part of the 4 minutes or 4 rounds. It’s what we call a “cash out”. It’s like when you leave one casino for another. You cash out. I guess. I don’t gamble.

Regardless, this workout is great if you’re in a time crunch but want to move hard and fast. Plus you just have to follow the workout as written so there’s no thinking involved. Win! Win! Just like in Vegas.
