Create Good Karma

Feeling stuck in a cranky rut?  Below are a few tips to create some positive change.  Give it a try, what do you have to lose?

  • Start the day with positive intention.
  • Do something kind.
  • Break a bad habit.
  • Make an offering.

So here’s the funny thing, being positive, kind and generous is contagious and what you put out will definitely come back to you.  Good karma.  It’s a thing.
