Where the Magic Happens

I’m still kind of surprised that I  signed up for the IDEA World Convention in San Diego next week.  And even more surprised that I haven’t talked myself out of going.  Because, this is a really really big event and I’m feeling a little nervous.

Will I be able to do the classes I signed up for?
Will I understand the material?
Will I be totally out of my league?

If you’ve ever had voices like this telling you that you’re not able to do anything (from a workout to taking a class to deciding to go back to college or look for a better job) it can be overwhelming.

But these doubts and fears are the exact reason to push through.  Toss them to the side and step into the discomfort.

That’s what I’m doing.  Because in reality, I’m going to be fine.  Besides, I’m so freaking excited to see what’s happening in the world of health and fitness and to see how I can grow.   Because if you aren’t growing you’re, well, not growing.  Right?!

So here’s our call to action!  Let’s take risks.  Let’s push the boundaries.  What are you doing to get out of your comfort zone?

Now go run!

Keli 🙂
