Got lemons? Got too many?
Here’s a super tasty trick that will add punch to your cooking, provide a nutritional pop, and allow you to use every last lemon on your tree.

- Peel your lemons
- Pop them into a blender
- Blend on high (don’t fret about the seeds, they’ll be pulverized)
- Spoon into ice cube trays
- Freeze
- Defrost this pulpy, fiber-filled, flavor-bursting juice and use instead of plain old lemon juice in any of your recipes.
