Reaching the Halfway Point

Today is a day of rest or doing something *other* than your normal workout.  Easy yoga, stretching,  you get to decide.

Tomorrow kicks off the second half of our challenge workouts.  Check back on our Challenge page for the workout and details.

Important to note. The point of this challenge is to get back into a regular groove.  Pull yourself out of the weeds, get it together, return to greatness, etc.  Pick your own metaphor.  Or don’t.  Just move.
