This is a quick and tasty sweet treat that you can feel good about eating and giving your kids. My friend Stephanie made a similar recipe for our Ragnar race. They were the bomb.
The recipe says to roll them into large marble or golf ball sized but I prefer them a bit smaller. (Ha ha, she likes small balls. You guys are like 11 year olds.)

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Date Balls

Ingredients

1 cup old fashion oats

1/2 cup dates
-
2 T. peanut butter

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions

Pulse dates and oats in food processor until chopped.
- Add remaining ingredients and process to combine.
- Scrape down the sides and continue to process until it balls up.
- Form large marble/golf ball sized balls.

Store in fridge.
Add-ons – roll in coconut flakes, add vegan chocolate chips to the mixture, roll in cocoa. I could go on and on…
