Just a Little Push

Here’s your weekend Holiday Hustle Challenge Workouts. 

Saturday: Add 5 fast minutes to the end of your workout.  And fast like breathing hard, sweating.  Get uncomfortable. You can do it.

Sunday: 1-2 minute plank.  If you’re new to planking aim for 30 seconds.  Remember, belly tight, legs strong.  Breathe.
