For the Runners and Walkers

Here’s a ‘push to the end of the year’ goal for you.  Between 12/18 and 12/31 I challenge you to walk or run 28 miles.  That’s 2 miles a day.

If you are already doing the December Challenge, this is extra credit.  You get bonus points and a super duper, fat gold star. gold star

Not only is this good for your health, but it gives you an excuse to break away from the family over the holidays.  You’re welcome!
