Snack Attack

Empty calories are ones that are void of nutritional value.  Hence the name “junk food”.

The next time you’re hankering for a snack, keep it under 200 calories and aim for a combination of protein, fat and carbohydrates.  You’ll top off your tank without blowing your healthy eating plan.
