Brad’s Birthday Workout

Happy Birthday to husband Bradley!  He’s my #1 supporter, my rock, my best friend and a great dad!  We love you honey.

 

Today’s workout is based on time so get a stop watch or set you iPhone.  Work HARD through the allotted time.  If you have to take a break, stop and take 3 deep breaths.  Then hit it again.  Don’t give up.
